I grew up never really being taught how to cover up my acne and I am needing some serious help with that lately. I just had my first little girl and my skin is terrible. This was perfect! Thank you, thank you, thank!

So….. I just found your blog from pinterest, and you’ve got some great tips. You mentioned how you only have zits and problems on one side of your face. I have that problem sometimes too and I realized it’s because I’m right handed, so everything I do is on the right side of my face. I talk on my phone over there (you should use astringent or toner on your phone), I sleep on that side, even when I floss I tend to touch that side more. It got a lot better when I realized this and started cleaning the things that always touch my face over there! Anywho, fun blog!

Whoa! I am in awe!! Could you please tell me what kind of Mac concealer (and color) you used?? I’m so happy to have found your site and bonus love that we have very similar coloring.

I have lovely scarring across my cheek, compliments of a pitbull at age two and the only thing I’ve found so far that works pretty well is Prescriptives Flawless skin concealer..it’s great for discoloration if you ever run across anyone with scars as well

Great video, as always!!! I realize I’ve been trying to cover my zits all wrong, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for! You’re a lifesaver! (or at least a face saver) What brush do you recommend for the concealer?

hi cara- I hope you feel really good about what you do on your blog everyday. I watched this video last night on covering blemishes, applied it this morning when putting on my make up and I totally felt more confident walking into work today. So I just want to say thank you and let you know you totally make a difference! have a good day xx

you’re most likely getting acne on the side of your face that you’re sleeping on. change your pillowcase everyday and it will most likely go away
