Before & Afters Makeup

Video makeover – Debra

This is My SIL Debra, you may remember her from THIS post.
She’s a mom of 5 with one on the way so we felt it was really important that she have an everyday look that can be recreated in just a few minutes.

Excuse the light in this video. I really wanted to have it close enough and bright enough that you could see detail but it is a bit yellow and harsh…I’ll master these videos one day!

What I used:

Josie Maran Pure Argan Milk
Make Up For Ever HD Foundation in 120
Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer
MAC Paint Pot in Soft Ochre
Colour Pop iheartthis Gel Shadow
Milani Bella Caffe Gel Shadow
Dior Lash Primer
MAC Brun
NYX Liner in Taupe
Loreal Lip Color Doutzen
Urban Decay All Nighter
All of the products I used to HAC are from my IIID Foundation second Generation Sunlit (highlight) Stone (contour) Shadow (detail creme) Dahlia (blush)

Happy Hump Day!

You totally forgot to mention that you used your products to contour highlight! And the Astra contour you drew on– I was wondering if that was still the old product just used with a small thin brush, or a new product you we be launching soon? Xo

I’m having trouble finding where to get the detail contour creme. Also, is the highlight foundation your III Foundation? It really transformed her face to an airbrushed look that I want! Thank you!!

One questions I had was with the beauty blender. Do you use it dry or damp? I dampen mine but I’m not super sure that is the correct way to use it.

I have two beauty blenders. If I want the color to be subtle, I use it dry. If I want the color to be more intense, I use it wet. That seems to work for me. I also clean my beauty blenders at least every weekend.

      On the You
Tube tutorial, she told someone that it was a brow brush by It Cosmetics and you could get it at Ulta.

Yes, I think that’s the one because the bristles on the one side of the brush are jagged and that’s what makes your strokes look like real hair. That’s the one I think it is.
