I love quotes that make me think. This one definitely did.

I LOVED this post about the reality of a perfect instagram! I often feel like my life is FAR far less glamorous than everyone else’s. Especially other bloggers. I get a little bummed out sometimes thinking I’ll never be that perfectly put together all the time…but this post made me feel a little bit more like we all are more the alikeΒ than we think!

Ok. So I’m already shopping in the non-maternity section even though I really have no idea what size I’ll be when this little cutester comes out. I just feel like its such a waste to buy anything I can only wear for 2 more months! I couldn’t resist this dress. I got one in nude but I LOVE the mint too.
It was a hard choice (lately whenever Christian doesn’t like something I do he tells me “I really don’t like your choice.” The other day he was arguing with me and I said “I’m sorry Crush, it’s just the truth.” he said “Well, it not my truth that I like!” it made me giggle. I feel that way about certain “truths” sometimes too.)

I cannot believe July is already over! School starts here in like 11 days! How did that go so fast??

These cards are so cool, I feel like they would make a fun unexpected gitft.

These Colour Pop eye shadows are INCREDIBLE. They are creamy so the pigment is super vibrant but the formula is thin enough that they are totally crease resistant. Plus you can use your fingers to apply them in a pinch which makes them SUPER time friendly.

If you’re around my age (29) and you’d like to take a hilarious childhood walk down memory lane CLICK HERE!

Also I need your help! I’ve been trying every lash product on the planet (think serums, base coats, mascara …EVERYTHING) in preparation for Lash School. I feel like I need some direction with mascaras that are a must in my list. So if you have a favorite please share and tell me what you love about it!

Love you all! Have a spectacular weekend!

My absolute favorite mascara is LancΓ΄me Doll lashes. I have long lashes and it is perfect for
    1. not flaking
    2. washing off while just washing my face
    3. adding volume and a darker tint without adding spidery length

I tend to do layers of two different brands of mascara when i’m aiming for drama, but the Doll Lashes is perfect for everyday

I think you should plan ahead with your wardrobe. Why not…it gives you goals to shoot for when the bundle arrives. Good luck with your new addition. Being a mother is so rewarding. ☺️

My go to mascara right now is Mayballine,s The Colossal Volum’ Express Cat Eyes. It really gives your lashes a flared out affect at the edges, gives volume and thickness, plus it makes my light brown eyes pop. Giving this makeup challenged girl a sexy feeling.

The mascara combo I keep coming back to over and over again is Benefit Bad Gal- it grabs EVERY lash, then I tKe it to the next level and finish with the Benefit They’re Real mascara. I have blonde eyelashes and I can’t tell you how many times random people have commented on my eyelashes when I’m out and about! I have even had make-up artists and brow waxers ask me!

I’m not sure what true makeup aficionados think of MaryKay products but I never venture away from their mascaras. There’s a volume mascara and a lash-lengthening mascara; the former being my favorite. I go with the non-waterproof and it takes about 9 hours of wear for it to start flaking a little but it does a splendid job of giving my blonde lashes some oomph.

I bounce around and try different brands of mascara trying to find that perfect one. I generally like the orange tube of Covergirl. I think its the one for volume. Come on girls you know the one Im talking about…..the slightly magical one. But the one of right now for me is the Rocket Volume Express by Maybelline. I have extemely long lashes so I generally use waterproof mascara to keep my lashes from smearing my mascara all over my skin. Another reason I use waterproof is because long lashes are heavy!!! Waterproof helps hold the curl in place at least it does for me and I havent found a better solution so don’t ridicule me for the harshness of waterproof.

Covergirl “orange tube” is also the only mascara for me. I have tried benefits and lancome’, loreal voluminus and many others that everyone seems to love. I love them too… for about 3 seconds and then I watch my perfectly curled eyelashes fall down straight right before my eyes. I have STRAIGHT lashes that can only be seen when curled with a heated (via blow dryer) lash curler. The only thing that keeps them curled is waterproof Covergirl for volume!

This past year, I’ve been using 2 mascaras every time I apply makeup. The first, my long-time, can’t-live-without favorite is Loreal’s Voluminous mascara with the curved brush (the curved brush is mandatory and I will not buy it if they only have the straight brush in stock). The second, I usually use Buxom, but my last time at Sephora, I decided to try Makeup Forever in Smoky Extravagant. I use the first mascara to thicken my lashes (and the curved brush lets me get in towards the corner). The second mascara I use to lengthen my lashes. Is it a pain to use 2? Yes. But I think it’s worth it. πŸ™‚

My favorite mascara? Uhm, that’s a tough one! I am loving Avon’s AeroVolume Mascara and Rimmel’s Extreme definition. Rimmel’s adds color without clumping or thickness, definitely picks up the lashes that are light brown/blonde and the Avon is thickening and really does add volume! For under $6 each, they can’t be beat.

I have to agree with you and Nicole on the Maybelline Falsies. I stopped using it to try Benefit’s They’re Real, and ended up going back. My mom also asked me once if I was wearing false eyelashes when wearing the Maybelline – no one ever asked me if they were real when wearing the Benefit. Also, I have learned to buy the original Maybelline Falsies – not the flared or the waterproof versions – they didn’t work nearly as well.

Cara, don’t fret about all those fakey instagrammers! I think that one of the reasons you have so many followers (read: friends) out here in the world is because you don’t pretend to be ultra glamorous and on a pedestal all the time. Yes you look gorgeous and you celebrate your lovely family and your many blessings, but you also don’t pretend to be anything you are not. I love it when a blogger shows their normal house in the background, when they reveal something less than picture perfect, when they show us that their life is not so different from ours. It takes courage to be humble. So keep up the good work!

Hi Cara, I’ve tried tons of different mascaras and while most of my makeup collection is high-end stuff, my favorite mascaras have always been the same drug store brands.

    1. Day to day – Covergirl LashBalst Volume Mascara (orange tube) – doesn’t clump for me and grabs/defines every lash. Fantastic basic mascara – even The Pioneer Woman loves this one!

    2. Waterproof – Maybelline Colossal Volume (yellow tube) – I love how long lasting this is – I use it when I swim and it stays on (as long as I remember not to rub my eyes!). This mascara really lengthens and seperates my lashes even with several coats. I’d wear this everyday if I didn’t hate taking off waterproof mascara …..I haven’t been as pleased with Maybelline’s non-waterproof version of this.

    3. Nighttime look/Dramatic Lashes – LOVE LOVE LOVE Maybelline’s Volum’ Express The Falsies Black Drama – It’s perfect for me because I have a good amount of natural lashes which is a good “base” for this mascara. It does add a good amount of product to the lashes which may not be for everyone (I’ve heard ladies say it makes thier’s look “spidery”) but I think they’ve found a perfect balance of gripping and seperating each lash while adding product to really make them look great.

Also, I now mispell mascara on a regular basis because of how much time I spend on your blog!

I’m with you Lisa! I’ve always had to be really careful with mascara because I’ve had a bad reaction to many (my eyelashes shed quicker & don’t grow). My lashes became the longest they’ve even been since I started using Mally’s Volumizing mascara (white tube). It’s been a customer choice award winner on QVC for 4 years for a reason! I’ve also started using Lilash serum and that made my lashes crazy long – 2 coats of Mally and I don’t need false lashes. I only use 1 coat for work now because of the results I’ve gotten with this combo. I never thought I could have lashes like this!

I am currently loving Eyeko’s Black Magic mascara. It calls itself “water resistant” but I have never EVER had it smear or smudge or flake on me. Even when I forget that I am wearing it and rub my eyes. It also has shea keratin in it, so it is supposed to be good for your lashes. The only trouble I have with it is getting it off at the end of the day; it’s a struggle even with loads of coconut oil!

I really enjoy using 2 different mascaras. Since I found the great combination, I no longer have a need to try any others. I start with Giorgio Armani eyes to kill excess. It’s great for lengthening and separating eyelashes. It’s a deep black which I love too. I then follow with a coat of Chanel Le Volume and it thickens and adds volume to the lashes. No lie, with this combination, I get compliments daily and asked if they are my lashes.

I use Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion mascara (the purple tube) in brown black, and I get the regular (not waterproof) version – I have pale skin and green eyes and I find the blackest black to be too intense for every day wear. I keep trying other mascaras, mostly higher-end ones through Birchbox, and nothing else really does it for me. I like this mascara because the wand is very dependable even towards the end of life, one coat looks great for every day (I’ll do a second coat if I’m getting dolled up for the evening), it comes off cleanly, it’s well-priced, and I really do notice that it adds both length and volume. Also, I wear contacts, and it doesn’t irritate my eyes. I keep waiting for another mascara to blow my mind but nothing ever does!

I’m very much a lashes girl, mascara concealer and lip balm are the only products i wear on the daily. That being said I have tried a lot of mascaras over the years (not claiming to be even close to an expert) and my go to favorite is Loreal Double Extend mascara. It’s the kind with a primer on one end and tube mascara on the other. I discovered in in nursing school and it is the bomb. NEVER flakes, smudges, budges and I think it is so beautiful and with more coats you can really amp it up to false lash proportions. I really just love it because it will stay on for as long as you leave it on ( even swimming if you don’t rub your eyes, and even if you do it just comes off, NO racoon eyes at all) and best of all (especially when I was on nursing school budget) it’s drugstore price, not department store price. Hope this helps some folks.

I like Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Lashes, although it’s a little drying. Diorshow is good as well but tends to clump and flake. Benefit’s They’re Real is great for length, and Peter Thomas Roth’s mascara is a really nice formulation that goes on easily without flaking. The brush has very tiny bristles which are good for separating lashes. Also, City Lashes by City Cosmetics is a great enhancer. It helps lengthen and thicken lashes. I’ve been using it since February and have noticed a huge difference in length and volume. It’s a tad expensive but cheaper than Latisse without the prostaglandins (essential for people with blue eyes like me).

I LOVE Kat Von D’s mascara! It is sulfate and paraben free so it isn’t as irritating to eyes (my eyes get sensitive to eye make up and then they water and get red and aren’t cute, so I stick to sulfate free as much as possible). Something I’ve noticed with other sulfate free mascara’s is you have to layer and layer and layer ….
    and layer…
    and layer……………………….
To get any coverage or thickness. But you do NOT have to do that with Kat’s. Two or three swipes and you’re DONE! Its my fave. not waterproof unfortunately, but I rarely wear waterprooof anyways.

I swear by Clinique’s mascara. I use either High Impact or Lash Power mascaras. They go on so smoothly and leave no clumps or anything behind. It washes off wonderfully with just soap and water and no intense strain wiping it off (less wrinkles in the future!). Also I’m out at the lake a lot in the summer and still wear it when I know I’ll be going for a swim or wake surf and if you don’t touch your eyes when you get the mascara wet it stays on and doesn’t drip. Couldn’t dream of using another mascara.

Mascara must have for straight, hard to curl and keep a curl is any of the Maybelline waterproof mascaras with collagen. Must be waterproof and must be with collagen otherwise my lashes won’t stay curled. I also use any lengthening mascara for the second coat. I put on the second coat before the first one dries. Took me years to figure this out. Also I always use any eye curler to curl my lashes first before the process.

I used the L’Oreal Voluminous mascara for a few years and really liked that. But I recently got a sample size of Benefit’s They’re Real and love that. I also got a free full-size Calvin Klein mascara for my birthday from ULTA. And that actually lengthens better than Benefit’s mascara. But it is a little drying. And hard to wash off. I’ve also tried a number of the mascaras people have mentioned above and I’m surprised by some of the recommendations. Just how people have varying skin types that require all sorts of different foundations, etc., everyone seems to have different preferences with mascara.

I’m in LOVE with the Mary Kay mascara and the lash serum. The mascaras come in different formulas for lengthening, thickening or one that does both. They are long wearing and don’t flake. The serum has definitely made my lashes thicker and longer. I hope you test them out! http://www.marykay.com/jjgentry

Right now, I’m kind of bouncing between two different mascaras, both of which are drugstore… I’ve tried quite a few high end mascaras, and they’re all nice, but they never really surpass my favorite cheap ones πŸ™‚ For waterproof (if I’m curling my eyelashes, I always first do a coat of waterproof mascara… it’s the only way I can get the curl to truly stay), I love Neutrogena’s Healthy Volume Waterproof. It builds incredible volume and gives me fluttery, dense lashes in one coat! The other one I love is L’Oreal’s Voluminous Million Lashes (the one in the gold tube). Again, it’s great for thick lashes with zero clumps. When I use either of these mascaras, people will ask me what eyeliner I use… the answer is always “nothing!” They just build such volume that it gives my lash line that dense look that properly applied eyeliner gives. I don’t have naturally super long, super thick eyelashes, but not super wispy and sparse either. Just in the middle. I can’t imagine what these two would do for someone with naturally copious eyelashes… people would probably assume they are wearing falsies! πŸ™‚

I JUST tried a new mascara this weekend and I’m OBSESSED I’ve been wanting to tell people about it! (by the way every time I spell mascara I keep typing Maskcara and think yeah that’s the correct spelling lol!) Loreal Telescopic Shocking Extensions! It’s AMAZING!!!! I’m really bad at putting false lashes on and this makes me feel like I have natural false lashes! It really makes your lashes look so long and beautiful! Carli Bybel, another beauty blogger, always uses this mascara and I finally remembered to buy it when I went to the store! My favorite until I tried Telescopic was Loreal Voluminous mascara the one that is collagen infused.

Cara, several months back I got a sample of Lancome Hypnose Star mascara with an order from Sephora. Evil geniuses!! I have ALWAYS done drugstore mascara (Maybelline Falsies was my go-to for years) but I felt like this formula was way better for me. I have pretty wimpy lashes and it just adds some vavoom, you know? I don’t have time for false lashes every day so this is the best I can do. I do have to be careful about clumping with this mascara but I feel like it’s worth it to me. I’ve had plenty of mascara in the past with no clumping issues that didn’t give me the volume and oomph of the Lancome mascara!

    Hope this helps!

And by the way — I feel like our world is getting so weird with social media “lives” and identities, and when we all look back on our lives I’m guessing what we’re going to wish we did was more LIVING it and not necessarily more POSTING about it and making it look cool…so I think you are doing just fine!!

I love Lancome’s babydoll mascara. It’s great for creating volume at the roots for sexy pinup girl lashes. I also like Lancome’s Definicils. It’s the best for separating and lengthening lashes, and since the wand is small, you can reach every lash.

if your going to do lash school, you need to start from the very beginning. vitamins! i’ve been taking Biotin, the one from natures bounty. ( i got it from costco) i can tell a big difference already in my lashes. they look longer and look less sparse. As far as lash growth serums, if you haven’t checked out Carli Bybel, you need to. She makes her own serum out of oils you can buy at the store. (see link) http://youtu.be/_WM9QcX5DP0?list=UU21yq4sq8uxTcfgIxxyE9VQ

My ‘go to’ for years has been, and still remains, Estee Lauder More than Mascara…NOT any of their others. My ultimate favorite is They’re Real from Benefit. I’ve tried dozens of other samples and none come close to They’re Real. I love it because:
    1. It doesn’t flake
    2. It looks the same at 8 am as it does at 8 pm after a day of wear, and I have the horrible habit of touching my face and eyes a lot, so this is a huge plus for me.
    3. I have thick lashes already, They’re Real does a great job of giving length while separating the lashes so there are never clumps.
    4. It comes off easily with my eye makeup remover

I have been waiting for a beauty blogger to review Younique 3D Fiber mascara, even though it’s kind of touchy as it’s a sell-it-to-make-money-yourself type of company. The thing is sooo many reviews are written by consultants! Personally I have it and I don’t sell it and I like it ok but I’d really love to see a beauty blogger compare several of the 3D Fiber mascaras out (Too Faced has one and I think Tarte does now too?). Also, I really like the new Urban Decay mascara, Perversion. I got a sample from UD and liked it even more than Younique so today I bought the full size which came with a sample of their lash primer Subversion. Also I love Anastasia Lash Genius, it’s a clear coat that makes any mascara waterproof (haha, I totally spelled that “maskcara” at first!). It has stood up to me finding about my husband’s affair as well as seeing sad depressing movies like Lone Survivor without my mascara budging, so I’d have to give it two thumbs up. But really, I’d love to see you compare and review the different fiber lash options! You can even buy loose fibers at Ulta to use with your own mascara and I think they are under $4.

I picked up Maybelline Pumped Up Colossal Mascara in Glam Black on the advice of beauty vlogger Rachel Whitehurst and I am SO glad I did. I was a through and through Benefit They’re Real gal until I got this. They make your lashes SOOOOOO long but when you feel them they feel soft and natural. (Like, I actually made my best friend touch my eyelashes because I couldn’t fully explain to her how soft they were). I haven’t even considered buying more Benefit since I got this!
And Cara, I think part of the reason so many people love and admire you is because you are so honest, natural, and and your inner beauty just shines through. You are so amazingly gorgeous but you make EVERYBODY feel like they can be just as gorgeous as you are. I always enjoy your instagrams, posts, etc., so much more than so many others because I know you’re not overproducing or airbrushing everything. So don’t stress. We all feel a little less than compared to others sometimes but you should know how often you make people feel fabulous!

This is my first time leaving a reply and I just had to because I’m passionate about mascara! Trish McEvoy’s Lash Curling Mascara is my ultimate mascara. Not many people know about it and they should! It is the tube technology but better than any other tube kinds. Extreme length, blackest black, great volume and absolutely no residue on your face throughout the day. I love it because with other mascaras I always get the gray leftover throughout the day and waterproof mascaras just dry my lashes out. This stays fresh looking all day, no residue and comes off easily with warm water. I have loved it for years. Oddly, Trish has a High Volume Mascara but the Lash Curling does it better!

First, I’ve been reading your blog for quite awhile now, and this is my first comment. I know people live to point out every flaw they can find, but what I love about your blog is that you’re just so darn normal. I can relate to you and the things you write about, and that’s what keeps people coming back for more. Also, I am loving these new Friday posts. In fact, a couple weeks ago you posted a link to a J.Crew baseball tee and I bought it. You should get one for post baby. It’s drape-y and comfy and adorable, so thanks for the heads up! Finally – my tried and true mascara is Covergirl lash blast in the orange tube. I’ve been using it for probably 10 years. It doesn’t transfer to your brow bone or under your eyes, no flaking, and I feel like it’s the perfect amount of volume and length for everyday wear. I recently tried the lash blast in the purple tube and it’s not comparable. So, back to the tried and true. P.s. thanks for shadow school, I’ve always felt like I was doing it wrong so I didn’t do it much. I feel better now! -Kristina

I got my eyebrows waxed for the first time and my lashes dyed black (they’re normally dark brown) and I bought a tube of Kiss Me mascara. Cara, you can sleep in it, smash your face into your pillow, and it will NOT ruin your lashes! It will still look like you just applied it. I kid you NOT! With regular mascara if you sleep in it you will wake up with your lashes bent and the mascara faded off. NOT WITH KISS ME MASCARA!!! I swear it. It’s awesome stuff! It gives more of a natural look, but a defined natural look. It is lovely!!! I recommend it to anyone and everyone!!! Spectacular mascara!!! I promise!!!! πŸ™‚

DHC Perfect Pro Double Protection black mascara (purchase online at DHC Beauty website) is hands down the BEST water proof/oil proof mascara I have ever used. I can cry and sleep with it on and it won’t smudge or smear even a smidge. Taking it off is super easy and amazing–I wet my eyelashes with warm water and make a rolling motion over the lashes with my fingers. The mascara slides off the lashes. Every bit comes off in seconds without any smudgy residue to clean up around my eyes. I don’t need any makeup remover At $18.50 this mascara may seem pricey, but it’s worth every penny. I’m a busy mom with 4 kids (3, 5, 7, and 9) and this stuff stays on ALL day–even hot, muggy days at the beach. : )

It is the BOMB! I have short , fine, straight and blonde eyelashes and this mascara lengthens, thickens and brings my lashes out of hiding! You have to get used to the Christmas tree-like brush but, once you do, you will be hooked. I use one of those itty bitty eyelash curlers and curl just the tips of my lashes ( Sephora and I believe Ulta has them , and then use this mascara to lock in the curl and even I get asked if I have extensions! THRILLED!!!m

Whenever I wear MAKE UP FOR EVER’s Smoky Extravagant mascara, everyone always asks me if I am wearing fake eyelashes. The length build up in incredible. It’s in Sephora’s birthday gift this year.

Volume Effet Faux Cils Luxurious Mascara for a False Lash Effect in Noir Radical, also see beautypedia.com for review by Paula Begoun as a “Best Product”. Super inky black, on the wet side texture wise, which I really like!

I’ve tried so many mascaras over the years like Dior, benefit they’re real (which when I blow dry my hair makes my lashes stick together — weird I know), cover girl, Clinique, etc etc but have found that the one I always go back to is maybelline’s colossal cat eyes. I have long lashes to begin with and this mascara is da’bomb for making them look fuller and longer

The Loreal Butterfly one in the water proof formula is my go to right now. I have the thinnest straightest lashes, but with this and some good lash curlers, my lashes look great!

My favorite lash products: for whabam-impressive-in-every-way-lashes, the Jordana Best Lash Extreme Volumizing mascara (black and purple tube); for natural-looking lashes with no extreme volume/curl/length but perfect definition, the Physicians Formula Organic Wear Jumbo mascara in the green tube; for thick, black, dramatic lashes, anything from the L’Oreal Voluminous line will do (including the new Miss Manga- I like that formula), and an honorable mention goes to Tarte’s Lights Camera Lashes, although I feel that one dried up a bit quick. I’m excited to try the Too Faced Better Than Sex (ordered last week). And my current waterproof favorite is Maybelline Pumped Up Colossal Waterproof in the pink and yellow tube. It stays put!

Mac ‘Haute and Naughty’ mascara! You will not be disappointed. I have recommended many friends and family to this hot little number and they became instant fans.

Also, I just had a baby two months ago and I swear by the belly bandit. It is a tad on the expensive side since you only wear it for a month or so but WORTH every penny. It helps flatten your tummy as your body begins to deflate post-partum. Good luck in your last trimester!

I swear by Dolce & Gabbana Passion Eyes! (http://www.sephora.com/passion-eyes-mascara-P382117) I have really long lashes are hate clumpy mascara, and this makes my lashes look amazing! I also have issues with mascara flaking off and leaving me with black eyes by the end of the day, but have never had that issue with this type before. I love it!

You NEED to try Max Factor mascara. I live for the False Lash Effect kind. It’s a UK brand, but you can get it on Amazon. It is absolute perfection. Does everything you want and nothing you don’t. Smooth, no clumps, great body, no flaking, lengthens… ah! I’m addicted. Heard about it from Lisa Eldridge.

I used to like L’Oreal Voluminous but found it to be way too flaky. Stay away from Covergirl all together! They’re Real! is pretty good, but I still prefer the Max Factor x10000.

I feel like I’ve tried every mascara on the planet, and I always, always come back to Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Lashes. It’s lengthening, volumizing, and so buildable- LOVE it!

I am surprised no one mentioned Tarte Amazonian clay mascara! It is great! It also conditons your lashes. I also use coconut oil and vitamin e oil on my lashes to remove my mascara at night. Then I put a little more on before bed. My lashes have never been better! It helps them stay long. I feel like the drug store brands shorten my lashes. Probably because of the ingredients. My favorite combo so far is Tarte Amazonian clay and benefits they’re real. I am currenlty using Younique 3D lashes and I really like it. It just takes time to work with. Thanks for being awesome!

Buxom mascara. I love that the brush coats every single lash. I have super long lashes and this mascara really emphasizes that. It’s amazing stuff.

I just bought Revlon Bold Lacquer and love it!! Gives me great length with none of the spider lashes and clumps that I hate. Honestly, the whole Grow Lucious line is wonderful.

I am so in love with Urban Decay’s Perversion, but I hated their curling mascara. It always felt tacky for hours later on my eyes. But Perversion is the first mascara to make me not always want a Maybelliene Falsies.

Younique 3D Fiber Lashes! I was resistent to try this as I had been using a Too Faced similiar product, but this blew it out of the water and really like it a lot. I layer it over Benefit They’re Real and wouldn’t want to go back to anything else. It’s waterproof and lasts through my 12 hour nursing shifts without fallout or flaking. I am not a consultant but everyone I have recommended it to that has purchased it LOVED it!!

Fave Splurge Mascara: Smashbox Eye Brightening in Bright Black (also like Diorshow in Catwalk black, but it does tend to dry out fairly quickly so I don’t often spend the money)
Fave Drugstore Mascara: Maybelline Full & Soft in Very Black
I wanted to like it but sadly, I was disappointed in Benefit They’re Real! #crustylashes

I have long thin and straight lashes. I want to thicken and curl without being clumpy. I curl my lashes and then apply mascara. Everything for volume makes clumpy. When I comb through they get straight. I not like curling or lengthening mascaras either. Any suggestions?

I have been using Maybelline “Falsies” (original formula) for a long time and it’s still the best. I also use Younique 3D lashes and this product is beyond incredible. Always have to have that on hand too. πŸ™‚ I’ve tried so many mascaras over the years but Falsies and now Younique, are the only ones for me.

My problem with Benefit’s They’re Real is that it is SOOO hard for me to remove! Does anyone have AMAZING mascara removers? I think I’d just like it to come off when I wash my face. I’ve tried three removers and I feel like I’m ripping out my lashes when I use They’re Real mascara. Recommendations?.
