Friday Favorites

Friday Favs

First of all THIS (TFIOS MOVIE). Are you going tonight? Did you already go last night? I. CANNOT. WAIT. Ugly cry time.

I’m loving every kind of salad right now. This one and this one are top on my list for trying next.

So expensive:) I love that.

Because you have to get happy after scrolling through this post. Unless your heart is made of steel.

You don’t have to tell me I’m a bit of a eyeshadow palette hoarder but…if you are too…check out this luscious bad boy.

These sandals make me want to stop looking at Pinterest. The danger is real.

Just ordered this brush and I’m SO excited to get it.

I hope you all have a great weekend. Thank you so much for being here.
I’m so grateful for you and feel so extremely blessed to have so much support from so many beautiful, kind women.

I was actually, like, stroking the Lorac Pro palette at Ulta yesterday. I blame you entirely. 😉

I am sort of jealous that you want salad. All this baby wants is carbs. All the carbs forever.

I was going to leave this comment on your video make over (which I loved) but you’re probably more likely to see it here. I’d love to see you do a tutorial on something like “A Beginner’s Guide to a Bold Lip” or a smoky eye. Like, how to do a red lip but show the look with both something more sheer like a Lip Butter and then move up to more dramatic and opaque products. Does this even make sense?

Yes! I have been coveting that palette (mainly because of the butterfly!) Let us know what you think of the brush. What were the spooly brush and the 2 brushes you used before the it brush in your video? Have an awesome weekend!

Wear your waterproof mascara or better yet none at all! I saw that movie last night and can’t remember the last time I cried that much in a movie! Good luck! 🙂

My favorite thing to add to salad is toasted pepitos, and sunflower, chia, and flax seeds

Even though the “Feel good” -post made me laugh out loud, it was the palette that totally made my day. No, I think it made my summer… Not the palette it self, even though it was gorgeous! But, before the palette even popped up at my screen, something FAR more exciting did: “Hello Norway, we ship to you!”. OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally died and came to makeup heaven!!

Even though we have many international online stores to shop from, for us Norwegian girls who keep up with international bloggers know that Sephora is a mekka for beauty. Many of us plan a shopping trip to Sephora in DETAIL if we are so lucky to have the money to travel to the US or the UK. I do not have this kind of money, so whenever some blogger talks about her latest trip to Sephora, I just read on in total envy…

Now, a little background information: In March, I was made aware of the NAKED2 palette from Urban Decay. I have never really liked makeup palettes, because there is always 2 or 3 colours that I dont like or know I will never use. But the NAKED 2 was perfect, in every single way. I needed it like I needed the air that I breathe. Total love at first sight! BUT, we don’t have Urban decay in Norway…. And, to make matters worse: when we shop online we need to keep our orders under aprox $ 33 to avoid expensive Norwegian import VAT and taxes (that doubles the price!). And the NAKED 2 palette was far over… So, the nearest Sephora retail store is in the UK, needless to say: it was out of my budget, and I was still grieving until this blog post.

So, I continued reading the “international information”,and to my utmost shock I discovered that Sephora guarantees NO additional fees upon delivery. YEEEEEY!!!!!

And, as a addition to my excitement: Our tiny country in Scandinavia (AKA the least “known” country of Scandinavia, Sweeden being the most known), is ONE of only SIX countries in the entire world (besides Canada and the US of course) that Sephora is shipping to. You don’t know how very VERY honored that made me feel!

Anyways, even though I know you don’t have anything to do with Sephora, besides loving it as much that I know I will do, I will still like to say this: THANK YOU SO MUCH for being theone that made meaware of this.

Hej neighbor, I live in Stockholm 🙂 You may already know this, but there are Sephora stores in Stockholm, Malmö, and Copenhagen. Still requires a trip, but at least a bit closer than the UK!

OMG. TFIOS :,D …the trailer made me cry…I’ll be a basket case by the end of that movie..I just know it! …But I love movies that make me cry (maybe that’s what’s wrong with me xD). One movie that makes me cry – without fail – is Perks of Being A Wallflower. So raw and beautiful. That tunnel scene just kills me.

I love that quote. Will definitely be penning that one down.

And THOSE SANDALS D: …Pinterest will be my downfall. Wait, it already kinda is. LOL! Thank you for sharing, Cara! I hope you and your beautiful family have a wonderful and bright weekend.
