Natural Makeup + Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

This little firecracker inspired my latest tutorial.
There’s something softly natural and maybe a little European about her makeup.
This is a great look for the whole, “I wake up looking like this” thing.

I overdrew my upper lip like crazy to try to capture that Bee stung pout but, I still didn’t get even close.
Touch’e Rosie, Touch’e.

Simple makeup tutorial, including a list of all the products used to create this supermodel look!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley natural makeup tutorial.

Ok, so I had some SERIOUS technical difficulties with my video making skills tonight, it’s almost 2am and still not working, I would just stay up until its done but I’m gonna need some help from people that are currently deep in dreamland. Nevertheless, it’s been WAY too long since I’ve done a tutorial so I won’t make you wait another day… just maybe a few more hours. I’ll get it done ASAP and get it up just as fast as I can! So please check back later today! Here it is!

In the meantime here are the products I used:

Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – # 6.5 Tawny
Holy Hannah Montana this stuff is PRICEY! It was my B Day present so I’ve only had it a couple days. Not quite ready to say if it’s worth the splurge or not. Choirs of angels didn’t burst into song when I opened it (as I had expected) but, I think it’s pretty so far…I’ll keep you posted.
Stila In the Light Naturaleyes Eye Shadow Palete
Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder – Golden Light
Stila Long Wear Liquid Lip Color in Patina
Benefit Cosmetics They’Re Real! Mascara
Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter ~ Pink Lemonade
Maybelline Highlighting Concealer in Nude
NYX Makeup Setting Spray DEWY FINISH

So glad that you have featured Benefit’s They’re Real! Mascara. I have been using this mascara after a friend’s suggestion and have been obsessed ever since. My lashes don’t flake and are long and full. Perfect!

If we haven’t bought the Stila eye palette yet but have the Lorac Pro palette can we achieve the same look?

Hi! I recently stumbled on your blog. I love the HAC tutorial. Can you give some recommendations for a contour color (bronzer?) to use on medium brown indian skin? The bronzer colors I often see are basically my skin tone so it’s hard to achieve a “shadow” with them. Thanks!

The Armani Silk foundation is my absolute favorite and yes it is SO EXPENSIVE so I ONLY use mine on special occasions. I wish there was a comparable foundation at a more reasonable price… if you know of any please share!!! I can’t wait to try this look!!! <3

The closest thing so far is the Nars Sheer glow but it’s not much cheaper and I don’t think it’s as good. I’ve been pretty amazed that the Armani covers so well without looking heavy! It’s crazy!

Better yet, can you make a button on the side of your blog that says “Vote for me” so it’s easy to find? I have the link and I’ll go vote now but for those who haven’t been to your blog recently, please add the link at the bottom of this post.

Hi Shona! So the colors are not going to be the EXACT same but they are VERY VERY close. Here is what I did (excluding the eyeliner, and filling in the brows, I used my usuals on that).
Insteasd of SUNSET, I used Toasted. BLISS= BUCK, BUBBLY=HALF-BAKED, with VIRGIN to soften it (I would dap my brush in HALF-BAKED and the in VIRGIN and again in HALF-BAKED and the color was pretty exact.

Hope this helps! Like I said its not exact but since I already had a different palette with almost all the colors from the Stila one, I figured I’d adapt it =)

What do you think about MAC make up??? I love how they always have these new fresh and funky colors but at the same time they have the most beautiful natural looking make up two. Do you think that it’s worth the price or would I be better just going to the drug store because they have the same thing. What your favorite brand of make up?
    Hope to heard from you!

Love this look! It turns out so natural. I was just wondering if you thought the Stila luminizing BB cream would give a similar result. The foundation looks so good, but is way outside my budget right now. Or if you have a recommendation for a foundation with similar results, that would be great! Looking forward to next week’s tutorial!!!!!

Gorgeous look! I tried to figure out where to leave a request, but the email wasn’t working. I would love to see how you do make up that would be flattering with glasses. Every time I’m stuck wearing glasses from irritated eyes I feel like I get awkward reflections or my eyes look strange. Please consider!

Man I just re-watching this for the 50th time lol!!! I just can’t believe how gorgeous you look and how ridiculously close to the original. You’re the prettiest little chameleon! I love this tutorial. Tried it with my Lorac Pro and it turned out decent, but I couldn’t get the nicely bronzed glow right. I just looked orange. And I have three bronzers now: Bahama mama, Sunbronze, and the new Lorac tantalizer bronzer-highlighter duo which is my favorite. Plus I have another one from victorias secret. So I know it’s not the bronzers, it’s me that is screwing things up :).

Can’t wait to hear about your NYC trip with Allure. You are obviously the winner! 🙂
