Barbie knows her blush.

When it comes to blush I am always getting complaints about how hard it is to find a youthful, fresh blush that is not too orange or too ashy etc. The answer might surprise you. Go out and find the most bright, Barbie pink (I prefer creams, like MAC Posey) and try it… Sparingly. And thank me later:)

I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to take this advice. But I went out on a limb and got the most Barbie-pink blush I could find–Fruit Cocktail from Bare Escentuals. I was so scared! My brush looked like it was covered in a color reserved for the mid-80’s. But oh my goodness! It’s amazing on. A-MAZING.
Thanks so much for the advice!

Ahh I’ve done this for years- Nars Desire is the BEST! My friends think I’m crazy, but bright pink blush is the bomb!

I used to use Cargo’s water-resistant blush in Ibiza, but when Ulta stopped carrying Cargo in stores, I switched to Lancome’s blush in Shimmering Pink Pool. I love it, but it’s a bit expensive. Any suggestions for the same color blush at a cheaper price and with good pigmentation?
